CHANGE OF MIND & EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
To support you in selecting the right fit, we provide detailed size guides and product descriptions on each item.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sixtnxvi.com.au with your order number, photos, and a brief description.
If approved as faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
SIXTN covers return shipping for approved faulty items only.
HYGIENE & FINAL SALE
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items or items with makeup, deodorant, tan, scent transfer, or missing hygiene stickers.
Items marked sale cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
